Spined Citrus Bug
Description
The spined citrus bug (Biprorulus bibax)  is green bug of around 20mm length and features a prominent horn on each of its shoulders. The nymphs of are yellow/orange and black and could be confused with Bronze-Orange bug.

These pests do not feed on foliage, but instead on the ripening citrus fruit which the pierce and draw from. This appears as dry patches in your fruit.

Plants Attacked
Mandarins and lemons are the most commonly attacked citrus.

Control
Remove by hand. Pyrethrum spray would also work as a quick knock-down
