If your lacking a bit of space, and want to grow a good mixture of vegetables, you should try this unreal Trifecta Tripod!
1. Take 6 Bamboo stakes, 3m in length and stick them in the garden, arranged in a circle with a diameter of 1m and tie them together at the top. You could even do this in a half wine barrel if you like.
2. Select 2 varieties of tomato, 2 varieties of Cucumbers and 2 varieties of Beans. Plant one at the base of each stake, alternating varieties as you go. We suggest to plant 2 bean seeds in each hole, the cucumber and tomato could be planted as seedlings.
Our suggested varieties are: Tomato - Tommy Toe Tomato - Yellow Pear Cucumber - Lebanese Cucumber - Crystal Apple Bean - Purple King Bean - Blue Lake
3. Plant some leafy greens in the middle, things like fancy lettuce, Chinese greens and various other salad greens are suitable.
4. As the veggies grow, train and tie them up the tripod, the beans won't need to be tied and can help hold the others in place.
5. Feed every 2 weeks with Comfrey, Harvest or Powerfeed and with a seaweed solution on alternate weeks. You should get 3 months of harvesting beautiful fresh produce!
