What's inside?

Welcome to Summer 2017.

It’s been a busy year! I’ve filmed for Better Homes and Garden on both sides of the globe - from Buckingham Palace, Great Dixter, Bowood House and the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in the UK, to Rick Eckersley’s masterpiece near Flinders on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, community gardens in Queensland’s Maroochydore and Camden in NSW, Tabu in Cairns, Old Wesleydale in Tasmania, and a restful Buddhist retreat at Dural outside Sydney. Added to these were more than 30 private gardens across Australia.

As well we answered more than 4,000 questions from gardeners on radio, whether that was on 2GB, 4BC, 2BS and regional stations, or Linda’s new show on 2UE, every day, Monday to Friday at 12 noon. Thousands more contacted us on the Garden Clinic Helpline and we met many more garden lovers at the seven big garden shows across Australia. The common thread throughout all these contacts was passion: gardeners doing what they love most and eager to share. We gardeners are part of a very lucky community, enjoying the world’s best hobby!

As the year comes to an end I speak for all of us here at Garden Clinic in sending out our compliments of the season and best wishes for a Happy New Year to all our members, readers, travellers, listeners and viewers.
