Potted: Federation Daisy

Federation daisy (Argyranthemum ‘Sunday Best’)
For all the slander suffered by daisies, they have maintained their popularity with gardeners and the new release ‘Sunday Best’ is a good illustration of why. Vibrant, double pink flowers literally smother the bush from mid-autumn to spring. The long-lasting flowers age to a dignified pale pink. If deadheaded when spent another flower smartly appears in its place. The fine, feathery foliage is a bonus. Year-round, the compact, bun-shaped perennial stays tidy, at around 60cm, and a simple tip prune keeps them looking lovely.
