Do I need to log in to renew or upgrade my membership?
No login is required. Simply click JOIN at the top of our website, enter your email address, and follow the prompts to renew or upgrade your membership.
When will my Platinum gift pack arrive?
Delivery timeframes vary depending on location. Sydney metro: usually 2–3 business days NSW regional & interstate: may take a little longer If you’d like tracking details, just contact our team and we’ll be happy to assist. Please note that couriers are unable to call ahead or on arrival.
How do I update my membership details?
To update your membership details, you can either: Call us on 1300 133 100 (option 2) Email us at members@gardenclinic.com Our team will take care of it for you.
Can I purchase a membership for my friend?
Absolutely. Memberships make a great gift.  Simply call us on 1300 133 100 and we'll be more than happy to arrange this for you.
Can I cancel my Platinum Membership?
Platinum Memberships are annual subscriptions and are non-refundable once activated. If you have questions before joining, our team is always happy to help you decide whether Platinum is right for you.
Does Platinum Membership renew automatically?

Don't worry, you won't lose any of your membership. We will simply extend your membership for another 12 months from the current expiry date. You can renew and take advantage of the gift pack offers throughout your subscription, and your membership will continue to extend each time. The added benefit is that you can use the free classes that come with each subscription renewal in advance.
