Q: My hoya leaves are turning yellowish, not a good shade of green. It flowered well, and I was wondering if it is hungry. What should I feed it?
Jenny, Nelson Bay, NSW
A: Hoyas are normally very hardy but because they like cramped—even near root bound conditions—to grow and flower well, they quickly deplete the potting mix of any available nutrients. To correct the situation quickly apply a liquid feed with Strikeback, Black Marve lRose & Flower Food or Fair Dinkum Fertilisers Garden Feast.
